Hoof disease is one of the major problems, the solution of which requires a lot of effort and money. Prevention has shown good results. Scientific research confirms that a regular hoof cleaning program is the best preventive measure for this problem.

Panamil Step

Washing and disinfecting solution for hoof baths. It is used to treat hooves in cattle and small ruminants in order to strengthen the hoof horn and thicken the structure of the hoof tissue. Has a disinfectant effect on fresh wounds on the sole of the toe, crumb, interdigital fissure and hoof rim.

Composition: aluminum and copper salts, glutaraldehyde, cationic surfactants.

Application / Dosage:

1% solution 1 – 2 times a week prophylaxis (in the absence of signs of disease)

2% solution – continuous use in floor-standing baths at the first sign diseases.

4 – 5% solution – periodic use, 5-6 days in a row once a month.

10% spray – individual application after rinsing the hoof.

Can be used in the treatment of hoof wounds, arthritis in the form of dressings with a 10% solution.

Foaming two-component system for treating cattle  hooves.

It is used in automatic foam stations.

It is used to treat the hoof of cattle and small ruminants in order to strengthen hoof horn and thickening of the hoof tissue structure.

Application / Dosage

Panamil Step (base) and Panamil Step (activator) are diluted and then mixed together.

Mixing the two components leads to the formation of active foam.

Concentration in working solution:

Panamil Step (base) – 1%

Panamil Step (activator) – 1%

The solution / air ratio in the foam is approximately 1 to 9 (v / v).

The minimum duration of contact with the foam is 5 minutes. If heavily soiled, it is possible increase in contact time up to 30 min.
