BEFORE MILKING

The main purpose of pre-milking udder treatment is to reduce the accumulation of mechanical pollution. In this regard, the following requirements apply to funds:

  • Fast and easy disinfection and cleaning of udder before milking;
  • High washing effect, active foam action, rapid dissolution of impurities on the skin;
  • High foaming, foam stability on the udder;
  • Complex skin care: softens, tones and soothes the skin of the udder;
  • Disinfecting effect, reducing the risk of mastitis;
  • Lack of irritating effect on the skin of the udder;
  • Lack of allergic reactions;
  • Economical product consumption;
  • Low cost of the finished solution.

Ready-made products that do not require dilution:

Panamil Foam (10, 20, 200 л) – A ready-to-use foam product based on chlorhexidine bigluconate, mild surfactants, emollients and glycerin, intended for udder treatment before milking. The product can be used as an udder spray, as a solution for soaking napkins, and for foaming the udder with a foam cup.

Chlorhexidine bigluconate concentration – 2500 ppm.

Panamil Оху Foam (10, 20 л) – Foaming detergent based on hydrogen peroxide, an optimized high-foam mixture of surfactants and glycerin. It is used to treat the udder before milking without dilution using a foam cup. Possesses excellent cleansing properties, softens the skin of the udder. It is used as a spray, wipe and foam.

Panamil Pre Foam – ready-made product based on lactic acid, mild surfactants and glycerin, intended for treating the udder before milking. The product can be used as an udder spray, as a solution for soaking napkins, and for foaming the udder with a foam cup. Does not contain components related to environmentally harmful substances. Fully biodegradable product.

Concentrated products requiring dilution:

Panamil Pre (10, 20 л) – Highly concentrated product based on lactic acid, mild surfactants and glycerin for treating udders before milking. Requires a dilution of 1: 9 (to prepare a working solution, mix with tap water, followed by stirring). It is used as a spray, wipe and foam.

Panamil Before (10, 20 л) – Concentrated product based on chlorhexidine bigluconate, mild surfactants, emollients and glycerin, intended for udder treatment before milking. Requires a 1: 5 dilution (to prepare a working solution, mix with tap water, followed by stirring). It is used as a spray, wipe and foam.

AFTER MILKING

Udder post-milking agents features:

  • the formation of a persistent, visible film on the nipple;
  • no dripping, prolonged activity over time;
  • no contamination of milk filters during subsequent milking;
  • protection against microorganisms, disinfecting effect;
  • emollient and wound healing properties;
  • prevention of mastitis, dry skin and cracking, protection of the udder from infection and contamination.

Panamil Green (20 л) – a ready-to-use film-forming agent based on lactic acid, functional and moisturizing additives, intended for the care of the cows udder teats after each milking procedure.
